Broiled Lamb Chops 
Broiled lamb chops are simple and soooo
toothsome. Enjoy!
Your Host, Brad
4 lamb chops
Fresh Rosemary
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Trim excess fat from chops, if any. Rub the chops
with rosemary, salt and pepper. Preheat the broiler and place the meat 3 inches
below the heat. For medium-rare chops, broil 1-inch chops 3-4 minutes on each side
and broil 1 1/2 -inch chops 5-6 minutes each side.
