I can remember both my grandmas and my mom
making stewed prunes for breakfast. At the time, I tolerated them; now I actually
like them. Simple to make and easy to enjoy for breakfast or anytime. Enjoy!

Place as many prunes as you wish into a saucepan and
add enough water to just cover. Simmer on medium-low heat until they plump.
Serve in their own juices and you can add just a touch
of heavy cream or 1/2 and 1/2 for a touch of glamour!
