Mint Sauce  mint.jpg (5061 bytes)

I prefer to use fresh spearmint, but many other types of mint will work well.  Of course, a home-made sauce will much better and worth the effort than anything from a jar.  Enjoy!

Your Host,  Brad

1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup minced mint leaves

Put the vinegar and sugar in a small pan.  Heat until it boils and the sugar dissolves.  Pour the hot sauce over the mint and let stand at least 1 hour.
