Hot Fudge Sauce

14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces semi-sweet or german chocolate chips (depending on how rich you want)
2/3 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbl vanilla
Combine the milk, chocolate chips, water and salt in a
heavy-bottomed saucepan. Stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth and well
blended. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla. May be served hot or cold.
