Helen's Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

 

5 lb. sifted all purpose flour
5 oz. bottle Lawry's Black Pepper Seasoning Salt
1 qt. buttermilk
2 eggs

Procedure:

 Sift together flour and seasoning salt. Beat eggs into buttermilk. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, douse in buttermilk mixture, then dredge in flour mixture again, coating thoroughly. Place chicken pieces on wax paper and allow breading to set for a minimum of fifteen minutes.

Deep fry at 350-375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
