Dill Sauce for fish

With a hint of Dill, this sauce will enrich your favorite fish.  Enjoy!

Your host, Brad

2 Tbl butter
3 Tbl flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp salt (unless you are using salted water)
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh dill leaves

Melt the butter in a saucepan.  Blend in the flour and gradually add the milk stirring constantly over low heat until sauce boils and thickens.

Add salt and dill, and place over boiling water until ready to use, but stir occasionally.  Serve hot over fish or any type of green vegetable.

Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
