Your Host,  Brad

48 cucumbers, sliced to your desire
3 small onions

4 cups sugar
4 cups white vinegar
1/4 cup salt
1 1/2 tsp mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 tsp celery seed

Line the bottom of a large pan or bucket with the sliced cucumbers and onions.   Set asideJar of pickles.

Add the remaining ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil.  Watch out, this will clear your sinuses.  Pour the boiling mixture over the pickles and let come to room temperature.  Place cucumbers in jars and fill with liquid.  Chill and keep refrigerated.
